I just found an interesting site called Twitter Grader where you can plug in a user's name and it "grades" the twitter page on a scale of 1-100.
The grade is based on numerous factors including the number of followers you have, the pace of your updates, how much information is included in your profile, etc.
My twitter account is ranked at 27/100 which means it scores higher than 27% of all other profiles that have been graded.
Interestingly enough, the top user who has been graded is Barack Obama. You can find that list by clicking here.
