Have you ever wished that you could explore a particular Denver historic gem? Are you dying to see what the skyline looks like from one of the latest contemporary condo properties? I have a treat for YOU!
On Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15, the Denver Office of Cultural Affairs will host the third annual Doors Open Denver. The event is FREE and approximately 80 buildings will open their doors to the public throughout each day.
As a new resident two years ago, I took advantage of the inaugural activities. I toured the capitol, the Webb Municipal Building, the Denver Art Museum and the City and County Building. All were impressive and gave me a better sense of the cultural and political components that have molded some of our built environment. This year, I will be taking in some of the antique architectural treasures.

Hope to see you there!
